The Power Workers’ Union (PWU) takes great pride in representing the majority (over 20,000) of the people who work and have worked to build and maintain Ontario’s electricity sector. Since the initial electrification of our province, the PWU has continuously worked to set and improve the standards for public and worker electrical safety. We continue to negotiate the best in sustainable wages, benefits and working conditions for the highly-skilled workers in our industry.
