MZConsulting specializes in advising governments, utilities and others interested in nuclear power and investment in uranium companies. Our focus is on managing nuclear projects for success by advising on how to increase confidence and reduce project and program risk. This is accomplished by assisting with the important commercial and strategic decisions required to embark upon a nuclear program and / or project and its implementation. This includes such areas as cost of nuclear plants, economic competitiveness relative to alternative technologies, structuring a project to be financeable and to minimize risk throughout the life of the project. We also advise on how to best select contractors and suppliers and provide services to independently review projects to assess the risk before they start as well as ongoing independent health checks as they progress.
