Monifa Miller

Monifa Miller is Vice-President of Global Nuclear Communications and Marketing at AtkinsRéalis, where she leads strategies to advance the company’s position in the global nuclear industry. With a career spanning corporate, public and non-profit sectors, she brings nearly 20 years of expertise in building awareness and support for transformative initiatives, causes and organizations.

Before joining AtkinsRéalis, Monifa was Senior Director of Corporate Affairs at BWX Technologies, where she drove enterprise-wide communications, brand, Indigenous relations and government relations across North America. Prior to that, she served as Director of Communications and Stakeholder Relations at X-Energy Canada, building relationships with communities, industry partners and government stakeholders. This role was preceded by senior advisor positions at Ontario Power Generation, where she supported the Darlington Refurbishment Project.

Monifa holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Culture from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of the West Indies. Her professional journey reflects a deep commitment to advancing innovation and fostering meaningful relationships that drive business and social outcomes.
