Charlene Hofbauer

Charlene Hofbauer is the Executive Director of the Workforce Planning Board of Waterloo Wellington Dufferin, a non-profit focused on both sides of the talent market (workforce and workplaces).

Charlene understands both sides of the talent landscape having worked in HR, education, literacy and has spent 18 years in workforce development. She seeks to build relationships with partners looking to find unique solutions for local labour market challenges, both within and beyond her organization’s region. As a leader, her greatest strength is sharing research and trends in easy-to-understand pieces which connect the dots for governments, schools, employers, students and jobseekers alike.
