Holtec International is a global turnkey supplier of equipment and systems for the Nuclear, Solar, Geothermal and Fossil Power Generation sectors of the energy industry. The company supplies technologies to manage used Nuclear Fuel discharged from nuclear reactors, capital equipment and services to commercial power plants. Holtec International is also a leader in the nuclear power plant decommissioning business sector, actively executing the safe decommissioning of several plants within the United States. Holtec International’s subsidiary company SMR LLC is developing a next generation small modular light water reactor, the SMR-160, which will be offered to Canada and international markets for deployments in the latter half of the 2020s.
