The Radiation Safety program at Algonquin College in the Ottawa Valley provides students with the radiation protection training that employers in the nuclear industry require. Our curriculum has been developed in consultation with experts in the nuclear industry, and includes a number of general academic subjects that provide students with a broader knowledge base to assist them in their career. The optional co-op experience is an excellent way to gain more hands-on experience in workplace related to the nuclear industry.
