Deposits, Changes and Cancellations to Reservations

SCAM ALERT: If you are contacted by Exhibitor Housing Services to book your room for the CNA2019 please note, The Westin Ottawa nor any of the above listed hotels, and the CNA conference planners are NOT affiliated in any way with this company. The CNA does not utilize a housing service.

Cancellations to reservations for the Westin must be received before January 29, 2019. Following this deadline all reservations will be charged a non-refundable deposit equal to one night’s room and tax. Each subsequent night may be cancelled at no penalty until 4 pm of your arrival day. Please note all changes and/or cancellations to reservations are the responsibility of the individual guest and must be made directly with the Westin Ottawa Hotel.

Canadian Nuclear Association will not be responsible for any penalties incurred should the individual guest fail to do so.

GO GREEN AT THE WESTIN – AND SAVE!

The Make A Green Choice program intends to give delegates the choice of reducing energy and water consumption as well as avoiding use of chemicals such as detergent during their travels. By participating, delegates are agreeing to decline all housekeeping services during their stay and the hotel will not change the linen or terry.

As a thank you, The Westin will provide each delegate with a $5 voucher per day that you can use in the Daly’s Restaurant or coffee bar in the hotel or you can redeem the voucher for 500 Starpoints per day to be credited in your Starwood Preferred Guest account.
