Angela Reid started working at the CNA in 2017 as an Administrative Assistant and was promoted to Government Relations Officer in December 2018. She holds professional memberships with Equal Voice and the Government Relations Institute of Canada.
Angela has a background in communications, government relations and event planning. For five years she ran a Breakfast on the Hill series, bringing together thought leaders and policy makers. She was also involved in organizing the media room for the largest academic conference in North America for many years.

She was involved in the Gord Downey Secret Path Education series for educators, teaching people about residential schools, and worked on the Moosehide campaign, working to end violence against women and girls in their homes.

While not working Angela can be found tending to her sub-urban garden, cycling home from Costco with too many packages and mothering her two children and two dogs.
