Dana Soucie

Dana Soucie is the Executive Director with the Four County Labour Market Planning Board (FCLMPB). The board is responsible under the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD) to deliver workforce development and employer engagement projects for the Stratford-Bruce Peninsula Economic Region.

Her 20+ year career includes roles in various sectors including large corporations such as Weyerhaeuser (Dryden), economic development organizations (City of Dryden/Dryden Development Corporation), and a variety of human resource roles in Southwest Ontario. She landed at the Four County Labour Market Planning Board in 2019 as Skills Advance Ontario Program Coordinator & Supervisor, Operations Management, and finally moving into her current role as Executive Director.

Bruce Power is a pivotal partner and employer for the region, representing a large portion of the energy sector in Ontario, and Canada. Through the recent Clean Energy project with the Four County Labour Market Planning Board, we expanded our outreach to include a partnership with the Canadian Nuclear Association and its committees. The energy sector is a niche market and is of great value to our region to collaborate. We are thankful for this connection and look forward to a successful workforce outcome for the sector.
