The list was published as a Special National Report in <em>The Globe and Mail <\/em>on April 10, 2015.<\/p>\n<p>This is an incredible achievement and the CNA would like to commend them on a job well done.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, both companies were among the \u2018Top 50 Best Workplaces for Women.\u2019<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-3995\" src=\"http:\/\/talknuclear.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Lakeside-300x56.jpg\" alt=\"Lakeside\" width=\"300\" height=\"56\" \/>Lakeside Process Controls is an industrial services\/engineering company located in Mississauga, Ontario, with 208 employees.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen a new employee is hired at Lakeside Process Controls, the company has a long-standing tradition of bringing in treats and placing them at the new hire\u2019s desk so employees are required to meet the new hire to get their afternoon snack!\u201d mused a Lakeside rep.<\/p>\n<p>This is the fifth year in a row that Lakeside has made the list.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-3996\" src=\"http:\/\/talknuclear.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/04\/Ian-Martin-Group-300x33.jpg\" alt=\"Ian Martin Group\" width=\"300\" height=\"33\" \/>Located in Oakville, Ontario, Ian Martin Group is a professional services\/staffing company with 135 employees.<\/p>\n<p>According to an Ian Martin rep:<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEach month, the CEO publishes the content of the leadership team\u2019s last meeting. Groups meet to discuss the content, and everyone is asked to come with a Doozey of a Question (DOAQ).
