Un avenir qui, si l\u2019on veut atteindre les objectifs climatiques, doit miser sur une \u00e9nergie \u00e0 la fois propre, abordable et fiable. Si vous voulez \u00eatre comme Google, vous devez faire comme Google\u00a0\u00bb, explique Lebel.<\/p>\n<p>Fort d\u2019une riche feuille de route en recherche et analyse, Lebel pense que le partage de l\u2019information, la communication, le mentorat et le partenariat seront les moteurs du succ\u00e8s de la prochaine g\u00e9n\u00e9ration du nucl\u00e9aire.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les gens de ma g\u00e9n\u00e9ration feront toujours face \u00e0 cette question (les cibles climatiques de l\u2019Accord de Paris). Ing\u00e9nieur en m\u00e9canique de formation, il a travaill\u00e9 au cours de sa carri\u00e8re en gestion de projets immobiliers et dans l\u2019\u00e9nergie \u00e9olienne avant d\u2019atterrir dans le secteur nucl\u00e9aire, ce qui aura permis \u00e0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moltexenergy.com\/\">Moltex Energy<\/a> de voir le jour.<\/p>\n<p>R\u00e9cemment, Moltex Energy a annonc\u00e9 son partenariat avec Deloitte, et l\u2019entreprise est aussi en discussion avec les Laboratoires nucl\u00e9aires canadiens (LNC) et les principaux fournisseurs de services publics pour travailler ensemble sur la vision #NextGenNuclear. Eirik Pettersen, qui travaille \u00e9galement \u00e0 Moltex, a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9compens\u00e9 par l\u2019<a href=\"https:\/\/www.iaea.org\/newscenter\/pressreleases\/iaea-awards-young-nuclear-scientists-for-research-on-fast-reactors-and-related-fuel-cycles\">Agence internationale de l\u2019\u00e9nergie atomique (AIEA)<\/a> pour ses travaux sur la physique des r\u00e9acteurs. Derni\u00e8rement, il a aussi re\u00e7u, avec Lebel, le prix du \u00ab\u00a0Jeune innovateur\u00a0\u00bb en Russie.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les d\u00e9chets sont concentr\u00e9s et produisent beaucoup de chaleur. On ne peut pas les enterrer, mais on peut les confiner dans une bo\u00eete et la brancher \u00e0 une turbine, explique O\u2019Sullivan.
