{"id":27366,"date":"2020-03-02T16:21:34","date_gmt":"2020-03-02T21:21:34","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cna.flywheelsites.com\/recherche-et-plaidoyer\/build-new-reactors\/"},"modified":"2020-08-20T12:25:59","modified_gmt":"2020-08-20T16:25:59","slug":"nouveaux-reacteurs","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/cna.ca\/fr\/recherche-et-plaidoyer\/nouveaux-reacteurs\/","title":{"rendered":"Construire de nouveaux&nbsp;r\u00e9acteurs"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Nouvelle technologie de r\u00e9acteur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cna.ca\/fr\/reacteurs-et-prm\/petits-reacteurs-modulaires\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">Les petits r\u00e9acteurs modulaires<\/a> (PRM), dont des conceptions viables sont mises en service dans le monde entier, sont un r\u00eave depuis des d\u00e9cennies. Les PRM produisent un maximum de 300\u00a0m\u00e9gawatts, suffisants pour alimenter une petite ville. Ils sont modulaires, signifiant qu\u2019ils peuvent \u00eatre assembl\u00e9s et exp\u00e9di\u00e9s l\u00e0 o\u00f9 ils seront utilis\u00e9s \u2013\u00a0dans l\u2019industrie hors r\u00e9seau, pour augmenter la capacit\u00e9 des r\u00e9seaux existants ou pour alimenter en \u00e9nergie les nombreuses collectivit\u00e9s \u00e9loign\u00e9es du Canada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les entreprises canadiennes d\u00e9veloppent plusieurs nouvelles conceptions de PRM qui sont actuellement examin\u00e9es par la <a href=\"http:\/\/nuclearsafety.gc.ca\/\">Commission canadienne de s\u00fbret\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire<\/a>, l\u2019organisme de surveillance nucl\u00e9aire du Canada. Les possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019utilisation nationale sont grandes; cependant, le potentiel de devenir le chef de file mondial dans la conception de PRM est \u00e9norme, avec un march\u00e9 mondial estim\u00e9 \u00e0 150\u00a0milliards de dollars entre 2030 et 2040.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le CANDU, principal r\u00e9acteur nucl\u00e9aire du Canada, offre \u00e9galement des possibilit\u00e9s d\u2019accro\u00eetre l\u2019approvisionnement en \u00e9nergie propre au pays et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger. La conception du CANDU 6 \u00e9volu\u00e9 a pass\u00e9 son dernier examen de la conception de fournisseurs pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 l\u2019autorisation aupr\u00e8s de la Commission canadienne de s\u00fbret\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire en 2013. \u00c0 l\u2019instar de son pr\u00e9d\u00e9cesseur, le CANDU&nbsp;6 \u00e9volu\u00e9 fonctionne \u00e0 base d\u2019uranium naturel et d\u2019eau lourde, et peut \u00eatre recharg\u00e9 en combustible pendant son fonctionnement. Il comporte \u00e9galement des am\u00e9liorations en mati\u00e8re de s\u00fbret\u00e9, afin de r\u00e9pondre aux normes canadiennes et internationales les plus r\u00e9centes. Son r\u00e9acteur fr\u00e8re, le r\u00e9acteur CANDU \u00e0 cycle de combustible avanc\u00e9 (RCCA), a une conception similaire et peut utiliser de l\u2019uranium recycl\u00e9 comme combustible, une caract\u00e9ristique qui a int\u00e9ress\u00e9 des entreprises de services \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques aux \u00c9tats-Unis et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Possibilit\u00e9s canadiennes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>La construction de nouveaux r\u00e9acteurs nucl\u00e9aires procurerait de nombreux avantages \u00e0 l\u2019environnement et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9conomie canadienne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Lutte contre le changement climatique<br><\/strong>En continuant \u00e0 utiliser l\u2019\u00e9nergie nucl\u00e9aire sans \u00e9mission, l\u2019Ontario pourra \u00e9viter d\u2019utiliser plus de combustibles fossiles et <a href=\"https:\/\/cna.ca\/fr\/les-avantages\/climat\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">\u00e9viter d\u2019\u00e9mettre des gaz \u00e0 effet de serre<\/a>.<\/li><li><strong>Am\u00e9lioration de la qualit\u00e9 de l\u2019air<br><\/strong>Le parc nucl\u00e9aire de l\u2019Ontario a permis \u00e0 la province de mettre fin \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation du charbon, entra\u00eenant une forte <a href=\"https:\/\/cna.ca\/fr\/les-avantages\/qualite-de-l-air\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">r\u00e9duction du nombre de journ\u00e9es de smog<\/a> et de probl\u00e8mes de sant\u00e9 respiratoire.<\/li><li><strong>Cr\u00e9ation d\u2019emplois<br><\/strong>Selon les <a href=\"https:\/\/cna.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/Refurbishing-Ontario\u2019s-Nuclear-Fleet-a-Major-Economic-Boost.pdf\">Manufacturiers et Exportateurs du Canada<\/a>, la remise \u00e0 neuf d\u2019un r\u00e9acteur fournira l\u2019\u00e9quivalent de 6\u00a0500\u00a0ann\u00e9es d\u2019emploi direct.
