Cela ajoute un peu de chaleur \u00e0 l\u2019eau, et rien d\u2019autre. Cette eau l\u00e9g\u00e8rement plus chaude est soigneusement surveill\u00e9e pour en r\u00e9duire les r\u00e9percussions sur la vie aquatique. Pr\u00e8s d\u2019un quart de milliard de personnes dans le monde d\u00e9pendent du dessalement. Il existe plusieurs fa\u00e7ons d\u2019\u00e9liminer le sel de l\u2019eau&nbsp;: l\u2019osmose inverse et la distillation sont les plus courantes. Cependant, elles n\u00e9cessitent de grandes quantit\u00e9s de chaleur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les centrales nucl\u00e9aires sont bien adapt\u00e9es pour fournir cette chaleur. L\u2019utilisation de la <a href=\"https:\/\/cna.ca\/fr\/reacteurs-et-prm\/fonctionnement-d-un-reacteur-nucleaire\/\" class=\"rank-math-link\">chaleur r\u00e9siduelle des r\u00e9acteurs nucl\u00e9aires<\/a> pour faire bouillir l\u2019eau de mer peut \u00eatre relativement peu co\u00fbteuse. Les m\u00e9thodes traditionnelles de purification de l\u2019eau n\u2019\u00e9liminent pas une grande partie des produits chimiques nocifs r\u00e9sultant de la teinture des v\u00eatements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un faisceau d\u2019\u00e9lectrons, g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par des proc\u00e9d\u00e9s nucl\u00e9aires, peut rompre les liaisons chimiques les plus fortes pr\u00e9sentes dans les impuret\u00e9s de l\u2019eau, laissant des impuret\u00e9s plus petites qui peuvent \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9es plus facilement.
