Michelle Goetz

Michelle Goetz is the Manager of Workforce Development at the Nuclear Innovation Institute (NII), where she leads efforts to understand and strengthen the workforce ecosystem across the Clean Energy Frontier region of Grey, Bruce, and Huron Counties. Her work includes managing the training portfolio at the new NII Advance Technology Campus and developing strategic partnerships to support skilled trades and emerging workforce needs.

With 20 years experience in the municipal sector, Michelle has focused on economic development and strategic initiatives, including workforce development projects and community-building programs such as Women in Carpentry. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and is passionate about creating opportunities that drive sustainable growth and support local talent.
